Simply choose your preferred option (digital or printed & framed), upload a clear photo of your dog, and complete checkout. After your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email and get started on your custom portrait!
What photo should I use?
The best photos are:
High-resolution and well-lit
Clearly show your dog’s face and features
Taken from a straight-on or slightly angled perspective
In focus with good detail
Avoid blurry, dark, or low-quality photos. If you’re unsure about your photo, feel free to contact us before ordering!
Can I include multiple dogs in one portrait?
Yes! We can include multiple pets – just upload the photo you want us to use.
Can you work from an old or black & white photo?
We can work with older photos as long as they’re clear enough to see details. For black and white photos, we’ll use our artistic judgment for coloring, or you can provide color notes.
How long does it take?
Digital portraits: 1-3 business days from order to email delivery
Printed & framed portraits: 1-5 business days before shipment, plus shipping time (3-7 days domestic, 7-21 days international)
What style are the portraits?

Can I request specific colors or backgrounds?

Will it look exactly like my photo?
Our portraits are artistic interpretations in watercolor style, not photographic replicas. We capture your dog’s personality, features, and essence while adding artistic flair. Small variations from the photo are normal and part of the artistic process.
Do I get to see the portrait before it’s finalized?
Yes! We’ll send you a digital preview before final delivery (for digital orders) or before printing (for physical orders). You’ll have 48 hours to request one round of minor revisions.
What if I want changes after seeing the preview?
We include one round of minor revisions with every order. This covers color adjustments, background changes, or small detail tweaks. Major changes (like using a different photo) cannot be accommodated once work has begun.
What format will I receive?
You’ll receive a high-resolution JPG file via email, typically sized for standard printing (8×10 or as specified).
Can I print my digital portrait?
Yes! That’s one of the great benefits of digital portraits. You can print them at home, at a local print shop, or through online printing services at whatever size you’d like.
What resolution is the digital file?
We provide high-resolution files (300 DPI) suitable for printing up to standard sizes without quality loss.
What sizes are available?

What type of frame do you use?
Our frames are high-quality with protective glass or acrylic. Frame styles and colors vary by product option selected at checkout.
How is the portrait printed?
Your portrait is professionally printed on premium quality paper or canvas (depending on your selection) to ensure vibrant colors and longevity.
How is it packaged for shipping?
Each framed portrait is carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Where do you ship from?
All physical orders ship from North Carolina, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times are typically 7-21 business days after your order ships.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier first. For damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
When will I be charged?
Payment is processed immediately when you place your order.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! The price you see at checkout is your total cost. For international orders, please note that customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
Can I return my portrait?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns. However, if your physical portrait arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if you cancel before we begin working on your portrait. Once production starts, orders cannot be refunded. For damaged or defective items, we provide replacements rather than refunds.
What if I don’t like the artistic style?
We recommend reviewing our portfolio and examples before ordering to ensure our style matches your expectations. Since each portrait is custom-created, we cannot offer refunds based on artistic preference. However, we do include one round of minor revisions to help ensure you’re happy with the result!
Can I use my portrait commercially?
Personal use only, unless you contact us for commercial licensing. You’re welcome to print, display, and share your portrait for personal enjoyment.
Can I share my portrait on social media?
Absolutely! We love seeing our work shared. Feel free to post your portrait on social media—and tag us so we can see and share it too!
Will you share my portrait?
We may feature your portrait in our portfolio, website, or social media unless you specifically request otherwise at the time of ordering. Your privacy is important to us!
